Is Yonderly free?+
Yes. Free includes 3 extractions, up to 10 saved places, trip creation, and map sharing. Pro unlocks unlimited extractions and unlimited saved places, subject to a fair-use policy.
What sources can Yonderly extract from?+
Three input types are supported: travel article URLs (any public web page), screenshots and photos containing text (vision-based extraction), and your own pasted notes.
How accurate is the place extraction?+
Yonderly does not add invented stops: for URLs and pasted text, every AI-extracted place is checked against your source. If its evidence does not match, it does not reach your map. You confirm places from photos before saving them. Names or map positions can still occasionally be inaccurate and remain editable.
Can I share my trips with friends?+
Yes. Any trip can be made public, which generates a shareable link (yonderly.app/c/<slug>) where others can view your places without needing a Yonderly account.
Does Yonderly work offline or as an app?+
Yonderly is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it on iOS or Android from your browser and launch it like a native app. Extraction itself requires an internet connection because it relies on hosted AI models.
What happens to my data?+
Yonderly stores only the data needed to provide the service — your account, extractions, saved places, and Stripe billing references. See the Privacy Policy for the full GDPR-compliant breakdown.
